Will Oulton, Founder and Managing Director, CRG Advisory Services Ltd
Will is the founder of a CRG Advisory Services, a private consultancy advising companies and investors on the development of corporate responsibility practices and responsible investment processes. He is widely acknowledged as playing a leading role in the development of the global responsible investment market.
CRG’s clients include multinational companies, investment institutions, NGOs and FTSE Group, where Will acts as the pro tem Head of Responsible Investment in leading the ongoing management and development of the FTSE4Good Index series and FTSE’s Environmental Technology products. In this role, Will is charged with strengthening and advancing the FTSE4Good stock selection criteria, establishing local versions of FTSE4Good in markets around the globe including Spain where he designed the FTSE4Good Ibex Index and Japan.
Prior to his consultancy practice, Will was Deputy Chief Executive of FTSE Group, responsible for global strategy and marketing as well as the FTSE4Good Indices. Will holds a BSc in Zoology from the University of Wales and a Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) Diploma from the Guildhall University in London. Will is a founder member of Ethical Corporation Magazine’s Editorial Advisory Board and a Research Fellow at the University of Nottingham’s International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility. He has presented and written numerous articles on the subject of responsible investment globally and has contributed to a number of books on the subject.
Sean Ansett, Managing Partner, At Stake Advisors (USA)
Sean Ansett is the Managing Partner of At Stake Advisors based in Madrid, Spain. With over 10 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, he was formally Director of Global Partnerships at Gap Inc. His responsibilities included stakeholder engagement strategy development, implementation and training, management of supply chain labor rights programs and initiating cross-sector partnership programs globally. He has a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Cross-Sector Partnerships from the University of Cambridge Programme for Industry.
Sean has published numerous articles on CSR and is a regular contributor to Ethical Corporation magazine. He is a former member of several advisory boards for corporate responsibility initiatives and currently serves on the expert committee of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development charged with developing CSR indicators for developing countries. Sean is currently a guest CSR lecturer at INSEAD and is the European representative for Social Accountability International.
